Backbone provider
This is the provider of high-speed transmission lines to ISPs which then provide internet access to Internet users. As opposed to ISPs, a backbone provider allows access to lines that connect ISPs to each other. As a result, ISPs are able to offer higher speeds Internet access. Shopping Carts are usually hosted in a backgone provider.
