pureEditor empowers you with the ultimate flexibility available for your Web site. The Web application interface provides excellent tools to manage all of your content including plug in modules that provide dynamic content such as news, events, staff contact and bio information, FAQs, product/service offerings, employment opportunities and more.
The back office interface is secure, password protected and role managed for permission based contribution and editing. With more than a dozen pre built content templates and flawless Web site design integration pureEditor is an easy to use system. Its template layout allows you to modify content in the place that it will appear. The built in WYSIWYG editor will allow you to modify or create formatted content without the need to understand HTML programming or CSS/Style Sheets. Author and change reports allow you to see which users are performing actions. The change and review management and approval process ensures that content isn't accidentally published or published without review; this also means that multiple revisions of pages can exist for staging and evolutionary content improvements without affecting your live site content.
Content, including dynamic content such as jobs, categorized news and FAQs can be scheduled to come online or become offline at scheduled dates and times. Our Content Association feature allows you to predefine reusable content and insert it anywhere within your pages; this allows you to easily make standardized changes site wide.
Many tools are made available to administrators of the pureEditor back office including multiple page management processing (for deleting, activating or moving many content resources at once), hierarchical site structure view, content placement along with child content resources, file and image management, template specific controls over imaging, Search Engine Optimizations, Security and membership requirements, Quick Links, public access, content review prior to publishing and a great deal more, including interfaces to all dynamic modules to manage the related data (such as job postings, and staff, and news etc.)
pureEditor provides external linking with optional warning notification to users, a combined admin user and Web front cross pollinated permission structure for viewing content within your design that is not yet public. Membership restrictions for content threads, membership management, grouping and an extremely powerful site search feature with optional cross indexing of module data with relevancy are extremely useful tools. The powerful search features allow Web site visitors to easily find the information they are looking for no matter where the information resides, whether in an event, job, content page, product, news article or FAQ entry.
